This is a webcast I did a short time ago at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, where the winds and waves are picking up, due to the remnants of Fay that is drenching central Virginia under 7 inches of rain or more. Next week, Hannah may pay the mid-atlantic coast a visit, all depending on the high pressure.
