Presidential candidate Ted Kennedy has stunned voters by picking Hanna Montana as his Vice Presidential running mate.
Montana (a.k.a. Miley Cyrus) is best known as a flash in the pan pop star, and television personality, however is very well known in her home state as a Maverick, with an independent streak a mile wide.
"I'm feeling young and spry, but you never know..." Says Kennedy.
"In the event I don't make it to the end of my term, the US will feel much better knowing that young Hannah will be attending summits with world leaders, protecting our homeland, and setting the agenda for our great nation"
Democratic leaders could not be reached for comment, as they were all too busy either trying to justify such an idiotic decision, or committing mass suicides.
