In our American History, discourse as such has consistently managed to produce passionate pros and cons on this issue and rightly so.  But I must honestly say, although I am not supporting Sarah Palin, I believe she has the ability to be our nations next "VP" if somehow the republican party pulls it off within the context of this argument.  Meaning, I am not stating that I believe she is the most qualified candidate but because she is a woman and mother doesn't entitled her to be less ambitious or should she be cosigned or relegated to a position of obscurity. 

Women for decades have fought to secure there places in society as well as "Blacks" so should they as well be questioned when opportunity presents itself.  My response, I say no.  There should never be such a time that any race, culture or gender should be asked or questioned about their goals and ambitions.  We are a society of smarts and intellects, therefore, sexism or genderism should never be a topic of discussion.

Its true, that she will have to wear many hats but women have been doing it well for decades and I think her job as a mother and "VP" will be easier because of the sustaining element her husband will bring.  For the record, I think this dicussion on feminism shares know pertinence to our politics and it should be erradicated immediately.
