Answers in sleep...
September 3, 2008 | Atlanta, Georgia | Vetting explained
Being a spiritual person, I always pay attention to my dreams. Plus, my creativity goes into over drive - when I'm asleep. I keep a pen and pad on the nightstand to write down the ideas when I wake up. I relax at night by saying a prayer and quoting a Scripture. As an entrepreneur, lots of creative ideas and solutions to problems come to me in the middle of the night. I dreamed of a creative marketing idea for my nail polish collection. The next day, I wrote a press release and emailed it to various media. As a result, Gospel Today Magazine published a mention in it's May/June 2008 issue. I remember when I was a teenager, I needed a job. One night in my dream, I clearly saw a phone number on an open door. The next morning, I dialed the number, it was to a Kroger store. And yes, I got a job there! Over the years, my dreams have been a source of inspiration and direction for me.
