No Just Any Old Woman Will Do!!!
September 4, 2008 | Lakeside, California | Vetting explained
These two people pictured above will be the most effected by this election; My Mother (69) and My Son (2). One will have their future shaped and one could have her legacy changed. I am almost offended by Sarah Palin- not that McCain chose a woman - but because he thought that "Any old Woman Will Do" - trying to set fire to our hopes that we could still have a woman in the White House. Well to be rather honest - Hilary's shoes are mighty ones - and her legacy is great - and Mrs. Palin's is not.
I do understand why McCain chose her, as she is the "slice of Life" in America, a person that people can relate to, but it is a "Slice" of life that many woman have worked very hard to over come. Hilary - is success!! Her child is flourishing - her career is _unyielding - Her marriage even though it took some mighty fine hits - one's that most people would have just simply walked away from, *is solid._* She is someone that I admire; she is a huge influence for our younger generations. I
can not say the same for Mrs. Palin, she is not someone that I would consider as role model. Sure she has five kids - out of choice - but who takes care of them - who is the one that they look to for leadership - their mother - perhaps she is good at being absent at both.
It surely seems, even though she is great at one-liners and quick witted remarks, that Mrs. Plain's own house is far from being settled, so how could she possible help to Manage another House already in ruin. A person's home life greatly effects there professional life. Noting is stand alone.
This just seems to a political joke - trying to sell a product that won't deliver!!! The country needs a great leader - and No - Not Just Any Woman Will Do!!!!
