TEEN PREGNANCY: Reactions Of The Soon-To-Be Grandparents
September 6, 2008 | Vetting explained
Statements that Lynne Spears, the mother of 17-year-old Jamie Lynn, made when first learning of her teenage daughter's pregnancy have just recently come to light. "I have been blessed with wonderful children who I love with all my heart and mean everything to me. My beautiful daughter Jamie Lynn came to me with news that as a parent I knew would make her grow up faster than I had ever planned. As Jamie Lynn faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has my unconditional love and support. Jamie Lynn and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family. We ask the media to respect our daughter and Casey's privacy as has always been the tradition."
Sounds like a bunch of crap when you change the child's name to Jamie Lynn, doesn't it? Maybe that's because comments like these are a bunch of crap.
