Due to latest changes in USA-Russian policy and promises of "economical measures" that $100 Blns have began to be WITHDRAWN by Russian Central bank near Sep, 5.
The news about that was at russian and asian sites but not at USA ones - they just do not wish you to know TRUTH what are you pauying for with your tax money.
