Winning the war with candy not guns!
My cousin is in Iraq and we send him boxes of candy and it's not
for him to eat.
Pack a GI with candy and he has a better chance of surviving because all the Iraqi kids want candy and the more candy our friends in the Military throw out from their vehicles in Iraq the less trouble they have.
No stone throwing, no IED's, as long as our service men and women keep handing out candy, all is good. If he runs out of candy it can get scary.
