Long lines for gas after IKE

The gas lines at the HEB on Gessner Dr. and Kempwood, wrapped around the parking lot and along the street, each was at-least 20 cars deep. There was private security personnel coordinating the movement of cars at the pumps, which really helped keep order in an otherwise chaotic situation. Gas purchases were limited to $20 for all customers.
