Hurricane Ike Hits Houston Pt 2
September 21, 2008 | Houston, Texas | Vetting explained
25 miles north from downtown Houston, Texas... in Kingwood aka The Livable Forest... Ike raged through on September 12, 2008 leaving a trail of trees uprooted from the forest floor. The first picture is of a pine tree top that must have flown across the lake as I couldn't find the bottom of it anywhere in the vicinity. I'm glad I slept through it and didn't have any major damage for which I'm thankful especially since I have so many trees growing alongside my house.
