I need your help.
September 25, 2008 | Sterling Heights, Michigan | Vetting explained
I am a single mother. I just had a stroke and am very sick. My son lives with me and helps take care of me. Recently, I had my son put our car in a shop just to see what is wrong with it. Well, they ended up fixing it and now want $800. I am on S.S.I. disibillity and don't get very much money, and my son doesn't work because he is at home helping me. I have call lawyers, news reporters, everyone I can think of, even my Church. I have even tried to sell my Wedding Dress from my previuos marrage and my Hoveround. If you can help me please give me a call. Thank you for your time.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
