Rules should forbid the use of Obama's and McCain's name during this debate,Othwerwise Biden will spend all his time running down McCain and bragging about Obama and Palin will spend all her time bragging about McCain and running down Obama.The debate should be limited to the issues by subject ie economy foreign relations ,Iraq war ,immigration ,health care ,etc
