Oh look - a bailout - Nyuk Nyuk - you idiot.
This bailout reminds me of the Three Stooge's episode when they were in a leaky rowboat that was sinking and they tried to keep it afloat by drilling holes in the bottom of the boat to let the water out. Why would anyone think that you can solve a problem by doing more of what's causing your problem in first place?
The main difference now is that we seem to be dealing with a lot more than just three stooges.
