In the time that it takes for a TV commercial to run, someone in the United States will have a coronary event, according to statistics compiled by the Centers for Disease Control. Heart disease is the leading killer of Americans, but it also affects many more lives. CNN.com wants to hear from people who have survived a heart attack, had bypass surgery or a transplant.
