President Obama accepted the Nobel Peace Prize in Norway on Thursday with “deep gratitude and great humility.”
Obama said his accomplishments are "slight" in comparison to previous recipients of the prize, and that other nominees may be more deserving.

The Norwegian Nobel Committee said it honored Obama for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples."
