Iraq and the next president

The Iraq war looms as perhaps the most important foreign policy issue in the 2008 election. With thousands of U.S. troops stationed there and sectarian violence threatening to engulf the country, candidates will have to grapple with the day-to-day events taking place more than 6,000 miles away.

 

We want to hear from those of you directly affected by the war in Iraq. If you or a loved one have previously served or are currently serving the U.S. military in Iraq, please share your story. Tell us the most important thing the next president needs to know about Iraq.
