Do your kids have a cell phone?

Cell phones are seemingly everywhere these days – in the car, in restaurants and in the hands of 6-year-olds.

When is a child just too young? Tell us your rules regarding cell phones – how old your kids have to be, what limits you set on phone use and whether you believe cell phones could alter their brain development.  Send stories or photos about the times in the past you’ve been glad your kids had a cell phone… or times you regretted giving them one altogether.
