Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones dies

Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, the first black woman to represent Ohio in Congress, died on Wednesday at the age of 58. She was first elected in 1998, chaired the ethics committee in the House of Representatives and was also a Democratic superdelegate.
