What would you ask Big Oil?

Lawmakers grilled oil executives this week about soaring gasoline prices. The hearings came as crude oil topped $135 per barrel for the first time.

 

We want to know what you would ask Big Oil. Why are prices so high, who's to blame and what needs to be done?
