Celebrating beer in America

Monday is the 75th anniversary of the return of beer to the American table after 14 years of Prohibition. Even though it was low-alcohol beer (stronger drink became legal later that year), tens of thousands celebrated: 1.5 million barrels were consumed in the first 24 hours.
